Pooks of Shrewsbury report the success of The Business Quarter at Ludlow Eco Park. With all the existing units now under offer or sold, the developers Sherpa Properties Ltd anticipate starting the next phase in November/December 2008, with the first units due for completion by April 2009.

There are currently three units available to lease at the development, each being single storey semi-detached offices built to a high specification with environmentally friendly features including high levels of insulation and extensive use of sustainable materials.

The Business Quarter currently offers one of the few opportunities in Ludlow for businesses to relocate to new office accommodation and the Park is home to Whittingham Riddell and DRE accountants, Lanyon Bowdler solicitors together with government agencies and the Premier Medical Group.

The semi-rural location provides an attractive working environment, whilst being a short distance from Ludlow centre – a park and ride bus service is in operation – and next to the A49 trunk road with direct access to Hereford and Shrewsbury and beyond.

James Adney of Pooks who is dealing with the development said “the development has been a great success and is now gaining momentum and a reputation as a prime business location”. Anyone interested in leasing or buying new premises should call James on 01743 276633.

Joint Agents for the Eco Park are Towler Shaw Roberts of Shrewsbury
