Wyle Cop 53-54

Wyle Cop 53-54

Pooks, on behalf of Alaska Property Group and Cheval Properties report the completion of The Mount McKinley Building, Anchorage Avenue, Shrewsbury Business Park, SY2 6FG.

Mt Mckinley provides 18,500 sq ft of offices on the prime location at the entrance to the Park, with stunning views southwards towards the Shropshire Hills. It is air-conditioned with raised floors and carpets and is beautifully finished, featuring a wonderful galleried mezzanine over the first floor. There are 70 private parking spaces with the building and a reception area fitted to a high standard.

Alaska is, of course, a local developer and the Architect (DGA), Engineer (Bob Johnson) and Building Contractor (Matrix) are all locally based as well.

The building is available to let as a whole but is also capable of sub-division. The developer will also consider a freehold sale.

Taking advantage of the landscaped setting, the design incorporates an extensive balcony feature, giving a wide outlook across the nearby countryside, together with mezzanine offices, which give an "extra" 150 sq m of space within the building envelope. In total, the building can provide workspace for almost 150 jobs.

Charles Howell of Pooks who is handing the letting on behalf of the developers said, "This is the only new building of this size within a radius of about 20 miles, which is immediately available. It is an important building and one which, even in these conditions, will attract the right occupier"

Rental offers of £277,500 pa are being sought by Pooks, who are joint agents with Jones Lang LaSalle of Birmingham.
