Plot sold at Leominster Enterprise Park

Pooks Commercial Property Consultants of Shrewsbury acting on behalf of PxP West Midlands Limited Partnership, report the sale of Plot 20 Leominster Enterprise Park, Leominster, Herefordshire. Comprising a level parcel of development land extending to 0.34 ha (0.84 acres) zoned for industrial/commercial use, has been bought by Royston Davies Limited, the Leominster based construction and building conservation firm. They will provide themselves with new offices, workshops and training facilities for apprentice joiners, initially providing workspace for about six jobs.

Leominster Enterprise Park continues to expand, with about one third of the 29 acre scheme now sold and developed, providing business space for a range of commercial, industrial and professional concerns, as well as Leominster Police Station. Negotiations are currently in hand for a sale of a further possible 4 acres to a variety of different local companies. Land sale prices range from £135,000 - £540,000 per acre. Charles Howell of Pooks who handled the sale on behalf of the vendors said “Despite the poor economic climate, there is continued interest in the Park from local businesses who as part of steady expansion over the years, now see the opportunity to secure new purpose built accommodation”.

Joint agents with Pooks on behalf of PxP are Colliers CRE of Birmingham.
