Comprising a level parcel of development land extending to 0.34 ha (0.84 acres) zoned for industrial/commercial use, has been bought by Royston Davies Limited, the Leominster based construction and building conservation firm. They will provide themselves with new offices, workshops and training facilities for apprentice joiners, initially providing workspace for about six jobs.

Leominster Enterprise Park continues to expand, with about one third of the 29 acre scheme now sold and developed, providing business space for a range of commercial, industrial and professional concerns, as well as Leominster Police Station.
