Pooks Commercial Property Consultants of Shrewsbury report the letting of half of Mutual House prominently situated on Shrewsbury Business Park [SY2 6LG] to NFU Mutual, the national insurance company, who have moved from offices elsewhere in the town.

Acting on behalf of Developers Alaska Property Group, Pooks have arranged a new 10 year lease of two suites within the building totalling about 280 sq m (3,000 sq ft) plus storage and car parking. The building offers a distinctive design with fine views across the Park to the Shropshire Hills.
