SHREWSBURY OFFICES LET

Steven Evans of Pooks Commercial Property Consultants reports the letting of a number of Shrewsbury town centre period offices.

Murivance House, Town Walls Murivance House, Town Walls has been let to Claremont Skin Clinic Limited who have moved from 5 Claremont Buildings, Claremont Bank. The property, which is Grade II Listed, has an attractive front elevation faced in local sandstone and occupies a prominent position at the corner of Murivance and Swan Hill.
