Pooks Commercial Property Consultants of Shrewsbury have arranged a temporary letting of 27 Pride Hill, Shrewsbury to Visual Arts Network for use as a gallery for local and national artists. The property has been let short term, initially for 6 months. Unless a long-term tenant is found in the meantime, the shop will be available again on a short term agreement if the current tenants decide not to remain.

Alessio Dyfnallt who handled the letting said: "It is good to see this large shop in such a prominent location occupied, with the inside refurbished and put to good use displaying a programme of exhibitions. Hopefully a more permanent tenant will be found but in the meantime the shop is being put to good use".
