Pooks Commercial Property Consultants of Shrewsbury report the acquisition of the former Churchbridge Motors site at Holyhead Road, Ketley, Telford TF1 5DX on behalf of Shrewsbury based vehicle retailer Ellisa Automotive Limited trading as Budgen Motors.

The premises comprise approx 13,000 sq ft of car sales showroom, workshop and servicing accommodation on a site totalling 0.5 acres, and have been taken on a new long lease by Pooks’ clients. The site benefits from 100 yards of frontage to the Holyhead Road, offering some 55 car sales pitches. The asking rent was £65,000 pa.
