SHREWSBURY BUSINESS CENTRE ATTRACTS COUNTY’S FIRST LADIES ONLY 30 MINUTE FITNESS + INCHLOSS CENTRE

Steven Evans of Pooks Commercial Property Consultants of Shrewsbury reports the recent letting of Unit 1, Oakfield Business Centre, Rad Valley Road, Copthorne, Shrewsbury to “Ladypace - Shrewsbury”, for use as a ladies only fitness centre, which also offers advice on nutrition and weight loss management.

There are a number of other Ladypace outlets in London, Leamington Spa, Doncaster etc., with further facilities due to open in Cardiff, Coventry and Braintree shortly.  The Shrewsbury facility will provide three new jobs.

The premises form part of a local business centre comprising five units, which have shared parking facilities for about 22 vehicles.  Oakfield Business Centre is about two miles from the town centre in a densely populated residential area.

Steven Evans, who handled the letting, commented “Following alterations to the property, Ladypace should be ready to open on 17 January, just in time to burn off those Christmas excesses!”

Having an area of about 93 sq m, the premises have been let on a new twelve year lease.  The asking rent was £8,000 per annum exclusive.
