FURTHER LETTINGS AT BATTLEFIELD BUSINESS PARK Pooks Commercial Property Consultants is delighted to announce the letting of the remainder of the space at Unit 2 Archers Way, a newly built industrial unit at Battlefield Enterprise Park. Around 4,200 sq ft has been let to Wolseley Centers Limited for their Climate Centre brand. Wolseley took a new 10 year lease at an annual rent of £19,400, equating to a rent of £4.50 per square foot. Pooks acted for Rowlands & Co, the owner of Unit 2 Archers Way, and GVA Grimley in Birmingham acted for Wolseley Centers.
