Pooks Commercial Property Consultants report that a planning application has been submitted by for a new office development at the successful 30 acre Shrewsbury Business Park, the county's premier office location.
The scheme, to be known as Temple Point, will comprise approximately 1,050 sq m (11,250 sq ft) of two storey offices arranged as two detached blocks and capable of division into a variety of smaller sizes.
Working in partnership with Alaska Property Group and Shropshire County Council, this will be developed by Tenzing Properties Ltd as their third scheme at Shrewsbury Business Park and will offer freehold accommodation for expanding local companies.
Construction is expected to start in the spring, subject to pre-sales being arranged, with the first units due for occupation this summer.
The high specification offices with car parking will be available at prices from £375,000 (plus VAT).
The distinctive design [pic] will offer easily manageable workspace in a heavily landscaped setting. At present about 750 people work at Shrewsbury Business Park; the Temple Point development will provide accommodation for an estimated additional 90 jobs.
