Pooks Commercial Surveyor James Adney reports that all but two units on the Business Quarter development at Ludlow Eco Park have been sold, the scheme having proved to be a roaring success. Only six units having currently been built, the remaining sales have all been “off plan”. Those interested in the remaining units are therefore advised to make enquiries with James Adney as soon as possible.

The developers, Sherpa Properties Ltd of Shrewsbury, are delighted with progress and Chris Macdonald of Sherpa said “Building this development to an environmental specifica- tion was a real challenge, however the market seems to be responding well, which indicates that the environment really is on the local business agenda”.

The first occupiers on the Business Quarter were DRE & Co Accountants, with other professional firms due to take occupation soon.
