Our Services
Property management involves overseeing the day to day running of a property during the period that it is let. The following list summarises the extent of our service:
- Advertising and marketing of properties to let
- Interviewing and taking up references on prospective tenants
- Preparing a Tenancy Agreement together with service of the prescribed Statutory Notices
- Preparing an inventory of the property and its contents
- Collection from the in-going tenant of a security deposit and collection of rent
- Organising minor repairs
- Paying bills on the landlords behalf from the proceeds of rents collected
- Dealing with queries or problems arising during the course of each tenancy
- Making periodic inspections of the property and dealing if necessary with claims for dilapidation's at the end of each tenancy
- Providing a full quarterly statement of Income and Expenditure
